Unless otherwise specified, Kineteka Systems does not accept returns of non-defective opened products. We do not refund defective items, but offer replacement with the exact same or equivalent available product.
Kineteka reserves the right to determine if a product is defective and falls within the manufacturer's warranty guidelines before authorizing a return or replacement.
If an item is damaged due to shipping, immediately contact us. Take pictures of the condition, keep all shipping materials, and email to [email protected]
Defective items may be returned only if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request has been submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final and no refunds, replacements, exchanges or credits will be given.

When applicable, product returns must be authorized by the manufacturer in order to receive an RMA from Kineteka. In addition, all correspondence and details of the support you receive from the manufacturer need to be documented and included in the return request. Kineteka Systems reserves the right to deny any return. Returns could take 2 to 4 weeks to process. Failure to follow the steps below will further delay the process.
All defective merchandise must include the original packaging and be otherwise undamaged.
Return items must be accompanied by all cables, accessories, components, parts, media, and other items that came in the package.
Enclose the original invoice or a copy of it. Also attach a letter of explanation as to why the merchandise is being returned and documentation of all support received.
All RMA's must be received by Kineteka within 14 days from the date the RMA number is issued. Any products received after this date will not be processed for return.
All returns must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the return packaging.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for return of non-defective items.
The following items are refundable if the appropriate conditions are met:
Tools must be unused and repacked exactly as received.
Books must be unopened and in the original shrink-wrap.
Some items may be specified “as-is” and these products are non-returnable.
Kineteka is not responsible for import fees, customs duties, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or shipping insurance. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We may cancel any order for any reason. We have the right not to ship to any location and instead offer a full refund. We are required by law to report the correct value of items for customs, we will not lie on customs forms.
Pictures are for illustration purposes only. We are not accountable for typographical or website errors. Custom built cables and assemblies are non-cancalable non-returnable.
