Orders placed before 12 Noon CST will generally be shipped same day, otherwise orders will ship within 24-48 hours of the next business day. Orders placed after 12 Noon CST will the processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekeds will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please call 800-635-6058 if you need your order expedited (same day shipping if humanely possible). A $10 expedited service fee will be applied to your order. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on US National Holidays such as Thanksgiving.
Once a USPS shipment is released, you will receive an email with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number or a USPS Customs Number for International Shipments; Customs Numbers such as "LN123456789US" are NOT a Tracking Numbers.
We offer three shipping methods from USPS:
1. USPS First-Class Mail® International Package - Has No Tracking - Average Delivery in 3 - 5 weeks*.
2. USPS Priority Mail® International Package - Has No Tracking - Average Delivery in 6 to 10 business days*.
3. USPS Express Mail International (EMS) - Has Tracking - Average Delivery in 3 to 5 business days*
* For many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon destination county. USPS Does not permit us to ship Express mail to these certain countries; Russia, The Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Ukraine. If you choose USPS Express shipping for one of these countries we will ship your order the next fastest way. On rare occasions, USPS International shipments can experience delays in customs that can last up to 6 weeks.
We are not responsable for shipments after they have left our posession.
FedEx
Once FedEx shipment is released, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number. You can follow the path of your shipment by going to www.fedex.com.
Payments
PayPal eCheck payments take 3-4 business days to clear, PayPal credit card payments are preferred, or you may use your credit card directly on our secure checkout. Please be aware that we will hold orders until your payment method has cleared or receive payment. Orders left unpaid for 48 hours will be canceled.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock it will say so in the item description. If you would like us to ship a partial order, please give us a note in the comment section at checkout. Back Orders will be shipped cheaply as possible, i.e. First Class (unless requested otherwise) and additional charges will apply. Please be aware that we will hold orders until all parts are in stock after which your order will ship on the next business day.
We can at your request (note in the comment section at checkout) ship via another carrier IE FedEx, UPS however you will pay the difference, if any, for the alternate shipping method. We do ship internationally, however you are responsible for import and export duties if incurred. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we recommend you ship via an insured method such as FedEx or USPS Express Mail.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Placing an order with $0 shipping will result in an automatically canceled order and refund unless a free shipping coupon has been applied.
Placing a order with "Will Call" shipping outside of the DFW area will result in an automatically canceled order and refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. We reserve the right to change your shipping method due to customs charges and or incorrect shipping chosen on orders.
