Kineteka Systems only accepts exchanges for defective items, we do not issue refunds or credits. Defective items may be returned if they unaffected and an RMA request has been submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final and no refunds, exchanges or credits will be given. "Unaffected" means a device has never been powered up, programmed, or otherwise changed or used. Kineteka Systems cannot accept returns for exchange on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them, or been otherwise programmed, changed, or affected.
To receive an RMA number, you must email Tech Support, please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in an e-mail request to [email protected] Then follow our instructions for shipping the return back to Kineteka.
Any non-Kineteka manufactured product return must be authorized by the manufacturer, where applicable, in order to receive an RMA from Kineteka. In addition, all correspondence OR details of the support you receive from the manufacturer will need to be documented and included in the return request to Kineteka. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
1. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted.
2. All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. This includes any cables.
3. With your return, enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons, and email Kineteka Support [email protected] immediately.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. We are not responsible for typographical or website errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
From time to time we may change our policies, and any such changes will be reflected in these policy statements. Concerned customers should review these statements for changes when revisiting the site.
