Ready, Aim, Troubleshoot!

Learn basic skills to determine whether your computer needs expert help or not. Bring a computer that is acting up--you might just solve the mystery yourself!

Why pay tech support $100 or more when you can do your own tier-1 tech support?
This class will give you the basic skills to determine whether your computer needs expert help or not. You'll learn to analyze symptoms and determine whether a problem is hardware or software. Then, you'll learn which tools can clarify the nature of the problem. Additionally, you receive reference materials to use later on. Feel free to bring a desktop, laptop, or notebook PC that is acting up--you might just solve the mystery yourself! Note: if you bring a desktop, you do not need to bring a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or other peripheral device.
This class is for beginner to intermediate computer users. If you are interested in a more advanced troubleshooting class, please email us to schedule training.
